What It’s Like to Attend Nimble Up’s Monthly Reset

You log in a few minutes early.

Your to-do list is running in the background of your mind. Slack notifications. Text messages. The quiet pressure of “I should be further along in my monthly to-do list.”

And then we begin.

We don’t start with strategy or setting goals.

We start with breath.

For the first 15–20 minutes, you’re guided through gentle, accessible movement and simple breathwork designed to help you land here in this moment and in your body. Modifications throughout. You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t have to be “good” at anything. You simply arrive in your body.

Participants from January shared how grounding this felt and how helpful it was to have visual cues, how inclusive the pacing felt, and how the space made it easy to settle in without self-consciousness.

One participant said her favorite movement was the “ego eradicator.” Another shared that what resonated most was the reminder that your body already knows… you just have to notice it.

After movement, we transition into reflection. About 25 minutes of guided journaling prompts help you release mental clutter and surface what actually matters this month. What’s noise? What’s real? What’s asking for your attention?

There’s space to acknowledge what needs to be let go like the distractions, energetic pulls, the things that feel urgent but aren’t aligned.

One January attendee shared that this portion helped him recognize patterns in his nervous system and use that information as data. Instead of forcing productivity, he left with tools to shift into states that genuinely support his intentions for the next four weeks.

Then comes the strategy.

For 60 focused minutes, we move into a structured planning session using Nimble Up’s clarity and prioritization frameworks. You translate insight into action. This isn’t a 10-page plan or an overwhelming spreadsheet.

You complete a single, powerful one-page focus plan.

Clear priorities. Defined next actions. Realistic pacing.

Participants consistently said this is where everything clicked. You don’t just know what to do. You know why it matters. You know what it feels like in your body when you’re aligned.

We close with a short integration practice to ground your intentions and seal the work before you step back into your evening.

You leave steadier than when we started.

The Monthly Reset has allowed you to pause long enough to make sure you’re moving in the direction that actually fits your energy and your strategy.

If you’ve been craving clarity without burnout, structure without rigidity, and momentum without force… THIS SPACE IS FOR YOU.

Join us on February 17 at 5:30 PM MT.

Your next four weeks deserve it.
