Hi, I’m Rebecca Sanchez—founder, lead educator, and unapologetic believer that work should fuel people, not drain them.
That belief started early.
In fourth grade, my dad came to career day and told my class that work should be like going to Dairy Queen everyday. A treat, not a four-letter word you do from nine to five.
It stuck with me.
When work aligns with purpose, when we know the impact we’re making, and when we feel supported and clear about our goals, magic happens.
Why It All Started
After two decades helping organizations manage change and drive performance, I realized that doing more wasn’t the answer. The real work was helping people feel better, more connected, focused, and fulfilled.
My own health journey led me to neuroscience, HeartMath, Yoga, and Pilates, where I learned that resilience starts in the body and clarity begins in the mind. That’s why Nimble Up integrates wellbeing into how we work. Blending occupational, intellectual, environmental, and spiritual wellbeing with the systems that make organizations thrive.

How I work
I’m a lifelong learner and systems thinker, constantly exploring how knowledge, technology, and best practices from different industries intersect to create meaningful progress. I bring frameworks from agile, change management, neuroscience, and wellbeing together because the future of work requires both precision and humanity.
