Meet Rebecca
Helping organizations grow up and the humans inside them thrive.
Hi, I’m Rebecca Sanchez—founder, lead educator, and unapologetic believer that work should fuel people, not drain them.
That belief started early.
In fourth grade, my dad came to career day and told my class that work should be like going to Dairy Queen everyday. A treat, not a four-letter word you do from nine to five.
It stuck with me.
When work aligns with purpose, when people understand the impact they are making, and when teams have the clarity and support they need to move forward, something powerful happens.
Work stops feeling like something you survive. It becomes something beautiful you build together.
Why It All Started
After two decades helping organizations navigate change and drive performance, I realized that doing more was not the answer. The real work was helping people feel more connected, focused, and fulfilled in the work they do every day.
My own health journey led me to neuroscience, HeartMath, yoga, and Pilates, where I learned that resilience starts in the body and clarity begins in the mind.
That is why Nimble Up integrates wellbeing into how organizations operate—blending occupational, intellectual, environmental, and spiritual wellbeing with the systems that help teams perform and grow.
-
When we align work with purpose, it stops being something we survive and becomes something we shape. Occupational wellbeing means knowing how your daily actions contribute to something that matters and having systems that make it possible to do that sustainably.
-
Thriving organizations are built by people who stay curious. Intellectual wellbeing means creating environments that value learning, reflection, and experimentation. Where continuous improvement replaces constant exhaustion.
-
Our surroundings impact our energy, clarity, and creativity. Environmental wellbeing in organizations means designing spaces, schedules, and cultures that make it easier to think clearly, connect deeply, and breathe fully.
-
Spiritual wellbeing at work is about meaning, not mysticism. It’s knowing why your work matters and feeling part of something bigger than a to-do list. When teams reconnect to that “why,” they move with focus, compassion, and courage.
How I work
I’m a lifelong learner and systems thinker, constantly exploring how knowledge, technology, and practices from different industries intersect to create meaningful progress.
My work brings together insights from agile, change management, neuroscience, and wellbeing because the future of work requires both precision and humanity.
At Nimble Up, we help leaders and teams:
Clarify what matters most so organizations know what good actually looks like.
Build execution systems that turn intention into consistent follow-through.
Strengthen decision intelligence so teams can adapt without losing what matters.
Develop the human operating capacity that allows people to stay grounded, connected, and effective under pressure.
Because when humans thrive, organizations can grow up.
Professional Designations
I believe strong organizations are built on clarity, follow-through, intelligent decision-making, and the capacity to stay human under pressure.
Nimble Up helps leaders and teams define what matters, follow through on what they start, adapt as priorities evolve, and strengthen the human systems that allow organizations to grow without losing their integrity.
Creating workplaces that fuel people, not drain them.
